Student Achievement
With professionalism, I believe that it is a continuous push to better yourself no matter how much you have already learned. I have learned from Auburn that to be professional is to continue to learn from those above you, and to teach those around you to do the same. I believe that professionalism as a teacher happens in and out of the classroom. It is shown through the faculty that you work with, the students that you teach, and the parents that you meet. I hope you see the passion for professional teaching I have through the plans and assignments written below.

Professionalism
Dive deeper into the ideas that are causing trouble in our education system. Auburn University has given me an opportunity seek out what impacts education inside and outside of the classroom. I believe that this is shown right now through the technology that students come into contact with each and every day.
Human development is important to understand in order to be professional in the environment that you are teaching in. I believe that there is a direct rise in the amount of aging that happens in the early to elementary life of a student, and I was determined to research this as I was studying the human development in a family context.
Take a closer look at my experience at the Boys and Girls Club in Auburn, Alabama. I loved getting to know and understand the students more as I became an advocate and tutor for intervention on reading and math. I am thankful for my time, and I hope you see my passion to intervene on student's behalf because of this.
HomeWorks was created by Auburn University Education Dept. in order to give students virtual learning resources during times where they would be at home. Teaching the subject of science, I had the honor of showing students how to create their own terrarium. Above, you can see my steps, procedure, and script.
